Submit your presentation (title and abstract) or a proposal for a session (with titles of 3 or 4 presentations, their abstracts and authors) or request your participation without presentation by using the following google forms. (We strongly ask you to use the google forms below; However, in the case of a problem with using the form, please e-mail your submission at cdjsnu@gmail.com with the subject starting "EAGT2024")

Deadlines

  • Submission Opening: March 1
  • Submission Deadline: May 7 -> Extended to May 31.
  • Preliminary program: June 3.
  • Registration opening: May 15
  • Early registration closing: June 15

  • Registration opens on May 15
  • Registration Fee: Before June 15
    • Participants from Developed Countries:
      150 USD for Graduate Students or Post Docs with 30 USD for an additional banquet guest
      300 USD for Regular Participants with 50 USD for an additional banquet guest
    • Participants from Developing Countries: 
      75 USD for Graduate Students or Post Docs with 30 USD for an additional banquet guest
      150 USD for Regular Participants with 50 USD for an additional banquet guest
  • Registration Fee: After June 16
    • Participants from Developed Countries:
      200 USD for Graduate Students or Post Docs with 30 USD for an additional banquet guest
      400 USD for Regular Participants with 50 USD for an additional banquet guest
    • Participants from Developing Countries: 
      125 USD for Graduate Students or Post Docs with 30 USD for an additional banquet guest
      250 USD for Regular Participants with 50 USD for an additional banquet guest
